Tai yra kliniškai ištirta medicinos priemonė, skirta moterims, patiriančioms šlapimo pūslės pratekėjimą dėl stresinio šlapimo nelaikymo (SŠN).
Ji pagaminta iš minkštų, organizmui nekenksmingų putų ir į makštį įkišama naudojant aplikatorių. Priemonė patogiai laikosi makštyje ir prilaiko šlapimo pūslės kaklelį bei šlaplę, švelniai padeda pakoreguoti šlapimo pūslės kaklelio kampą ir sustabdyti šlapimo pūslės pratekėjimą dėl SŠN.
