This set is designed for women who experience premenstrual syndrome symptoms (PMS), such as irritability, mood swings, anxiety, or sadness.

  • Saffron extract – helps maintain normal emotional health, a positive mood, relaxation, as well as good well-being before and during menstruation;
  • L-theanine – contributes to normal psychological function and nervous system activity. Helps calm the mind, promotes relaxation and better sleep, without affecting cognitive functions;
