The "Painful Periods" kit is a complex of natural supplements designed for women experiencing painful periods.

Based on phytotherapy knowledge, carefully selected food supplements and a special herbal tea blend have been created. Ingredients: valuable Ceylon cinnamon, ginger extract, boswellia combined with curcumin, and feverfew. These substances work synergistically, enhancing each other's effects.

The "Painful Periods" kit can help naturally alleviate uncomfortable symptoms experienced during menstruation.

Note. It is very important that the body does not lack essential micronutrients: omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, and magnesium (bisglycinate). To achieve better results, it is recommended to consume them as well.

Composition in 2 capsules:

- Standardized extract (10:1) of Boswellia serrata resin (Shallaki, Boswellia serata) - 250 mg.

- Standardized extract (10:1) of Turmeric (Curcumin, Curcuma longa) root - 250 mg.

Ingredients: Standardized extract of Boswellia serrata resin, standardized extract of Turmeric root, vegetable cellulose (E460). Free from flavorings, colorings, sugar, sweeteners, lactose, soy, gluten, wheat, yeast, preservatives, gelatin and soda.

JUTAVIT CINNAMON + Organic Chromium + Ginger extract (200 mg) N120 capsules.

Composition in 2 capsules:

- 500 mg of Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum ceylanicum) bark extract (equivalent to 1500 mg of pure cinnamon)

- 200 mg of true ginger (Zingiber officinale) root extract (containing 11.82 mg of gingerol) (equivalent to 2000 mg of pure ginger root)
