These pads are especially recommended after natural childbirth or C-sections, as well as after various gynecological interventions – to facilitate the healing process, reduce pain, and provide quick relief.

Usage

Usage.Pads are stored at room temperature.

Before use, "break" the "MomCare by Lina INSTANT ICE" pad; it will start to cool. Insert it into your underwear (diaper) with the adhesive side facing up so that the cooling, soft part is in contact with the perineum when wearing underwear.

The duration of use depends on personal needs, but it is recommended to keep the pad for no longer than 15-20 minutes to prevent skin freezing.

The pad is for single use. Dispose of after use.
