Important: Do not use the menstrual cup for longer than 8 hours. The minimum usage time depends on the intensity of your menstruation.

Usage

Sterilize the cup.

Before use, it is recommended to sterilize the menstrual cup using a sterilizer or manually (the simplest method is to boil it in water for about 4-5 minutes). This will help prevent infections. If necessary, consult your doctor regarding any health concerns.

Using the cup.

- Fold the thickened upper part inwards for easier insertion.

- Insert the folded cup deeper into the vagina, keeping it parallel to the cervix.

- Release the folded cup inside the vagina and rotate or move it slightly. It should return to its original unfolded shape. Correct insertion will create a vacuum, preventing leaks, and menstrual blood will collect in the cup.

- During your cycle, it is recommended to remove and wash the cup every 3-5 hours, depending on the intensity of your bleeding.

Important! It will take practice to insert the cup correctly the first few times. If the cup size is chosen correctly and you insert it properly, you will not notice any blood leakage.
